At Skeletonshoulder, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our flower arrangements and services. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, our return policy is designed to address quality concerns while being fair to both customers and our business.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all flower arrangements will arrive fresh and in excellent condition. If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition
  • Incorrect order was delivered
  • Order was not delivered on the scheduled date
  • Significant deviation from the ordered arrangement

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Flowers that have been properly cared for but have naturally wilted after several days
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
  4. If approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or credit as appropriate

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval. The amount refunded will depend on the specific circumstances:

  • Full Refund: Provided for undelivered orders or completely incorrect orders
  • Partial Refund: Provided for minor issues or partial damage
  • Replacement: We may offer a replacement arrangement instead of a refund
  • Store Credit: In some cases, we may offer store credit for future purchases

Custom Arrangements

For custom arrangements created specifically for your order, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a significant quality issue or error on our part. We work closely with clients during the design process to ensure satisfaction before finalizing custom orders.

Event and Wedding Orders

For event and wedding orders, we recommend scheduling consultations and viewings before the event date. Changes to event orders must be requested at least 7 days before the event date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may be subject to cancellation fees.

Subscription Services

For subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused portions of subscriptions are not available, but you will continue to receive deliveries until the end of your paid period.

Delivery Issues

If your order was not delivered or was delivered to the wrong address, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we may not be able to provide a refund.
